Morgan McKinley is currently recruiting a Supply Planner for a growing FMCG based in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Supply Planner to join a high-performing business at a key stage of growth. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted material supply to production while driving inventory optimisation and supplier performance across a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and manage material planning schedules to support production requirements Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock holding across raw materials and packaging Raise and manage purchase orders in line with demand forecasts and production plans Liaise with suppliers to track deliveries, manage lead times, and resolve supply issues proactively Collaborate with production and procurement teams to minimise shortages and reduce excess inventory Analyse MRP outputs and planning data to improve material availability and efficiency Support continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and planning functions Maintain accurate planning parameters, system data, and reporting metrics Identify potential supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans Ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and operational KPIs Key Requirements: 2+ years' experience in Materials Planning, Supply Planning or Production Planning Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, or other fast-paced manufacturing environments Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and inventory management principles High proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
