EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS: • Currently enrolled in, or recent graduate of, a bachelor's or master's degree program in: • Real Estate • Urban Planning • Finance • Business Administration • Public Administration • Community Development • Architecture • Construction Management • Or a related field • Prior internship experience, coursework, or demonstrated interest in real estate, finance, public policy, community development, or affordable housing is preferred but not required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Requires prolonged periods of sitting, computer use, and communication via telephone, virtual platforms, and email. Occasional attendance at project sites, community meetings, development properties, and agency events may be required. May require occasional local travel to development-related meetings and project locations. OTHER: The candidate must possess and maintain a valid driver's license in state of residence and maintain an insurable driving record under the terms and conditions of the CMHA auto liability policy.
