Directs and oversees the Technical Design team to ensure accurate completion of pre-production specifications within timelines Coordinates with the Product Development team for a seamless pass-off to Production Technical Design, managing product changes effectively Establishes and maintains fit blocks, technical manuals, and standard operating procedures related to materials management
Required qualifications
10+ years of apparel manufacturing experience with extensive knowledge in pattern and technical product development processes Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred In-depth technical knowledge of end-to-end product manufacturing processes, preferably in Jeanswear Ability to manage a large team and experience in project management is a plus High proficiency in systems such as Accumark, 3D design software, Illustrator, and MS Office applications
