A well-established SME distributor of electronic equipment based in South Dublin is looking for a part-time General Manager to take ownership of their day-to-day operations. This is a broad, commercial role covering sales management, logistics, stock control, and warehouse oversight. You will lead a small team, drive operational efficiency, and be a key point of contact across the business. Responsibilities Leading the sales administration function across order processing, invoicing, back-orders, and customer queries Overseeing logistics, including transport booking and delivery management Weekly Sales meeting with team Managing weekly stock reconciliations and inventory processes Reviewing outsourced warehouse performance against monthly KPIs Analysing customer sales data and preparing stock reorder recommendations What you'll need: 4+ years' experience in a fast-paced commercial or SME environment A background in sales support and/or order processing Advanced Excel skills Strong understanding of SOPs and workflows A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently On- site Skills: 4 years experience Sales experience Excel
