Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities · Demonstrated use of logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. · Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret moderately complex documents. · Ability to accurately complete moderately complex tasks efficiently and thoroughly. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, Windows Client Operating Systems, Active Directory and Cloud Services such as Office 365, and Azure. · Time management and organizational skills include prioritization of tasks under strict deadlines, and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. · Strong understanding of Cyber Security and understanding how to implement and maintain for a large team. · Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information systems or similar field and a minimum of 4 years’ applicable experience.
