Orthodontics Exclusively is a well-established orthodontic practice seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Orthodontic Assistant (OA) to join our team. Whether you bring years of orthodontic experience or are a skilled dental assistant ready to specialize, we offer a supportive environment to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the orthodontist during a variety of treatment procedures. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols. Take and develop x-rays as directed by the orthodontist. Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Order and manage dental supplies, ensuring that the office remains well-stocked and organized. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Support administrative duties as needed, including answering phones and greeting patients Collaborate with the dental team to improve patient flow and the overall patient experience.
Qualifications:
Valid RDA or OA license and certification in CPR and other relevant dental certifications as required by law. Orthodontic experience required Excellent communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care.
