*Job Summary:*
We are seeking dedicated and reliable *Maintenance Technicians* to join our team for full-time and part-time positions. These roles will support our team with maintenance needs in keeping our properties and facilities in excellent working condition.
The position is ideal for someone with a hands-on attitude, strong attention to detail, and a passion for property care. Some experience in general repairs, trades, or painting is a strong asset.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Respond to and resolve maintenance work orders promptly and efficiently
* Maintain a clean and safe environment by picking up litter or debris as needed
* Assist housekeepers and other departments with maintenance-related tasks
* Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests and property owners
* Carry out light repairs, painting, and basic maintenance tasks around the property
*Qualifications & Skills:*
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 1 year of relevant maintenance, trades, or handyman experience
* Able to work independently with strong time management and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
* Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems is an asset
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player attitude
* Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to follow-through
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common software is a bonus
* Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
* Valid BC driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
