Key Responsibilities
Process supplier invoices accurately and ensure proper coding in the accounting system. Perform monthly credit card reconciliations by reviewing statements, matching transactions with receipts and payments, and preparing reconciliation reports. Prepare financial documentation and PDF binders, including supporting General Ledger (GL) details and supplier invoices. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records.
