Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Tampa, FL
Overview: We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in commercial construction and a passion for leadership and team development. Project Managers at our company have the opportunity to build their own business centers and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of project execution, from planning to completion.Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.Lead project teams, including subcontractors and vendors.Mentor junior project management staff for career advancement.Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Field experience preferred.Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
