Job Summary:
In this role, you will manage existing retail / wholesale accounts, seek out new accounts and expand the presence of Walong Marketing Inc. in the authentic Asian/Specialty across the US grocery and food-service industry. A successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. This position is an outside sales/service role that requires travel to New Jersey and surrounding states in the U.S. East Coast.
Responsibilities:
Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversionMaintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationshipsPrompt new products by emphasizing the features of products and the market demandsAnswer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product useNegotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreementsCollaborate with internal and external personnel to analyze and solve problemsPerform other duties as needed
Requirements:
Education: Associate degree in Retail Merchandising or related field preferred but not requiredFluent in English and MandarinNo experience is welcome, sales experience is a plusWilling to travel for around 50% of the time, depending on positionStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust be a self-starter, organized, detail oriented and have ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAuthorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position starts from $39,000/year, plus competitive incentives and bonus. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
