Registered Nurse - Endoscopy Location: Beckley, WV Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with endoscopy experience to provide exceptional care in our Endoscopy department. This role involves working with adult and geriatric patients while ensuring compliance with required certifications and maintaining a high standard of patient care. Responsibilities
Administer patient care during endoscopy procedures including EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, Bronchoscopy, and feeding tube placements. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Meditech EHR. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality patient outcomes. Participate in on-call shifts as needed.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Must have a valid RN license in West Virginia. ACLS and BLS certifications are required prior to start. Minimum of 1 year of experience in endoscopy nursing.
