Provide support to Regional Sales Managers Answer customer inquiries and provide product information Manage customer returns and ensure timely resolution Assist with order processing and tracking Provide basic technical support on products Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Develop and maintain relationships with customers Meet or exceed sales targets Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or sales Mechanical Aptitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Benefits
