Resume - As part of your resume, include a brief statement of your professional goal(s), a brief listing of your clinical rotations including a description of your Senior Capstone/preceptor project. References - Must include 3 Letters of Recommendation – at least 2 must be from Nursing Instructors, the 3rd may be from either a Nursing Instructor or a Clinical Preceptor Copy of your final Transcript indicating graduation date and nursing degree conferred (unofficial is acceptable) - Note: if final transcript not available at time of application, submit most current transcript; must be able to provide final transcription no later than 7/12/26 Certification(s) - AHA BLS required. Please include any additional related certifications (ie: ACLS, etc.)
