Intake Coordinator Walla Walla Treatment Center is seeking an Intake Coordinator to provide compassionate care to our clients. $22.00hr-$26.00hr Depending on experience Relocation Assistance Provided! Our treatment center hours are: 5:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. M-F and 6:00 - 10:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays. Benefits

What Does An Intake Coordinator Do?
Take incoming appointment request phone calls/Emails and outside transfers and referrals Conduct Pre-Intake Screening on NEW clients If the person is using Private Insurance, ensure all items are complete before scheduling appointment, including copy of insurance card, collect co-pays, explain out of pocket fees, etc. Complete justification for not admitting, if applicable Maintain Pre-Admission Screening Binder Obtain outside records before intake appointment when the client is a transfer Verify insurance (OHP, DMAP, PSCS etc.) Schedule admission appointments Follow up on no shows and document in system Build client chart in computer system Set up signature and pin, take client picture, complete consent to treat, obtain all ROIs Complete admission contract package Inform clients of ride share and reimbursement programs. Give business card, ride sheets, and booklet, if applicable Give client a building tour and review the admit process and what to expect at time of admissions
Knowledge And Skills Required For The Position Are:
High school diploma or equivalent and have one (1) year experience as a general office clerk Accurate data entry skills with knowledge of basic computing Demonstrate basic knowledge and skill in the use of standard office equipment Valid driver's license Meet Washington requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.
