Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervises nursing care and coordinates total patient care in collaboration with the physician. Leads and directs interdisciplinary care teams across different patient care units. Floats between units as required and assists in various clinical settings.
Compliance / Notes: On-call: Monday night call and rotates every 3rd to 4th weekend.
