ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:
Oversees accounts in assigned area, including meeting with customers, and resolving issues.Performs quality control check of service areas.Ensures all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner.Coordinates cleaner's schedules.Interviews and hires cleaning staffProvides training to assigned staffEnsures inventories of cleaning supplies in assigned area meet company standardsPerforms all janitorial duties necessary in instances of staff shortagesOther duties may be assigned as needed
SKILL and/or ABILITIES
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environmentMust have working knowledge of various cleaning methods.Must have effective communication skillsMust have exceptional customer service skillsMust be able to communicate in English
