Our client is a well renown General Contractor in St Louis.They are looking for someone to come in with diversified experience to join their team. Their commitment to employee success is unparalleled, and they are looking for a strong Project Manager to grow and develop with their resources and expertise. The company is offering extremely competitive compensation along with bonuses, vehicle allowances up to $875/mo, 4 weeks PTO, and opportunity to also get in with their large high profile projects.
Job Description
5+ years of Construction Project Management, APM, or PE experience.Working knowledge of construction technology and details.Previous GC project manager experience.Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings.Excellent written and oral communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors and clients.Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and electrical.

A successful Project Manager - Construction Projects $5M+ should have:
Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects in the business services industry.Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and multiple project components effectively.Proficiency in project management tools and construction software.Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and internal teams.Thorough understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.A strong background in managing ground-up commercial construction projects.Proficiency in construction management software and tools.Exceptional communication and leadership skills to work effectively with teams and clients.In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.A results-oriented mindset with the ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
