The Team & Structure: Join a highly collaborative and established team consisting of 7 OB/GYN Physicians, 1 Gynecology Physician, 4 Nurse Practitioners, and 1 Physician Assistant. Call Schedule: Share night, weekend, and holiday call responsibilities on a 1:7 rotation, with the group actively exploring modified call structures alongside the OB Hospitalist group to maximize work-life balance. Care Setting: Navigate a dynamic, mixed inpatient and outpatient care setting providing continuous coverage for women's health needs. Technology & Systems: Leverage an integrated suite of advanced clinical and imaging software, including Athena Health, Sunrise Clinical Manager, CPN, Viewpoint, OneContent, and IMbills (complete training provided). Drive Clinical Excellence: Direct patient care utilizing evidence-based clinical decision-making to secure top-tier quality outcomes and consistently exceed patient satisfaction standards. Enhance Patient Access: Collaborate seamlessly across multidisciplinary lines—partnering with Nursing, Anesthesiology, Pediatrics, and Neonatology teams—to deliver highly synchronized, patient-centered care. Foster Future Talent: Seize the rewarding opportunity to mentor and educate medical students and mid-level learners through formal academic affiliations with the Indiana University School of Medicine - Evansville, the University of Southern Indiana, and the University of University of Evansville. Position Requirements: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) and hold or be eligible for an unrestricted Indiana medical license.
