Schedule 5x8.0-801356 Job Description The Outpatient Physical Therapist will evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with the patients' needs, goals, and physician directives. This role includes delegating therapy services, creating functional treatment programs, and educating patients, families, and peers. ResponsibilitiesComplete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients. Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans focused on patient progression toward discharge. Maintain clear, concise, and accurate documentation of patient care and progress. Participate in student programs by providing a positive learning environment and supervision. Actively pursue professional development through continuing education and self-study. Adhere to professional standards and regulatory guidelines while maintaining licensure. Contribute to performance improvement initiatives within the organization. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience. Current CPR certification. Active licensure applicable for the state of employment. Why ARMStaffing?
