Utilize radiographic and CT techniques to generate accurate diagnostic images for use by physicians Engage in collaborative efforts with radiologists and the multidisciplinary care team to facilitate precise diagnoses Ensure optimal imaging by positioning patients correctly and calibrating machinery Adhere to radiation safety protocols for the well-being of patients and staff Keep meticulous records, including imaging logs and equipment upkeep Deliver compassionate care throughout each patient's imaging experience Contribute towards a safe, organized, and effective imaging environment Education You'll Need
Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required; a Bachelor's Degree in a related field is a plus Completion of an accredited radiology program Certifications Required
ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography Current BLS certification or the ability to acquire it within 90 days of hire Desirable Skills
Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety regulations Exceptional communication capabilities with patients and healthcare staff Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving needs Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging technology What Awaits You
