Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other sales documents. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions. Coordinate meetings, site visits, and other sales-related events. Respond to client inquiries and provide information about hotel services. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution. Monitor sales metrics and generate reports for management. Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the sales department.
We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, you'll need:
Experience in sales support, hospitality, or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software. The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. A positive attitude and a commitment to helping the sales team succeed.
