Deliver one-on-one interventions that target language, fluency, voice, and swallowing challenges. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, healthcare providers, and family members, to develop unified care strategies. Educate patients and their families to ensure continued progress beyond clinical encounters. Participate in occasional inpatient therapy, ensuring a seamless continuum of care throughout the recovery process. Maintain meticulous records in compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required if not ASHA certified. Certifications
Active state license as a Speech Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within the first month of employment. Skills
