If so, lets start the conversation./ppIron Mountain is seeking a driven, results-oriented Inbound Inside Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales team in our brand-new Tampa, Florida location./ppIn this role, you will be responsible for engaging with inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment./ppYou will be a key member of a high-energy, ambitious sales team, playing a pivotal role in establishing and growing our new presence, deepening customer relationships, and contributing directly to the success of our Inside Sales function./ph3What Youll Do/h3pIn this role, you will:/pulliOwn the Sales Cycle: Promptly respond to inbound inquiries (via phone, email, or chat), qualify prospects, and leverage consultative selling techniques to close sales opportunities, driving revenue growth./liliBuild Strategic Relationships: Proactively build and nurture customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand organizational business objectives, ensuring follow-up through timely and strategic outreach./liliMeet and Exceed Goals: Maintain a consistent sales pipeline in SFDC (Salesforce), accurately track and manage leads, regularly update sales forecasts, and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)./li/ulh3What Youll Bring/h3pThe ideal candidate will have:/pulliBilingual in Spanish
English strongly preferred./lili2+ years of inside sales or customer-facing Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a quota bearing role./liliStrong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce), social selling tools (e.g., LinkedIn), and virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams)./liliProven ability in problem-solving, negotiation, and consultative selling to uncover client needs, present tailored solutions, and successfully close deals./liliA High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelors degree is preferred./li/ulpIf you are passionate about sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to be part of an ambitious, high-energy team, apply today and join Iron Mountain in this exciting new chapter in Tampa!/p/div
