Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation Services Location: Spruce Pine, NC Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule: Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Job Description: Join our team as a Physical Therapist providing rehabilitation services in both an acute care setting and outpatient clinics. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance recovery and functionality. Responsibilities
Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Implement therapeutic interventions based on best practices and evidenced-based guidelines. Manage a caseload of 9-11 patients per day, providing quality care and achieving patient goals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of North Carolina. Experience in both Outpatient and Acute Care settings. Preferred experience in Orthopedic, Sports Medicine, and Manual Therapy. Knowledge in Vestibular, Vertigo, and Stroke rehabilitation is a plus.
