Monitor CMS STARS Medication Adherence measures/Statin measures over several health plans Design and implement strategies for closing Medication Adherence and Statin gaps Hiring and direct oversight of pharmacy technician(s) Develop, maintain, and deploy a standardized onboarding program for pharmacy technicians Meet regularly with health plan pharmacy representatives Develop provider education on pharmacy topics as assigned Build relationships with IT data team and market leaders. Assign and monitor central refill protocol workflow, documentation, and quality Develop workflows to assist member entry and re-enrollment into pharmaceutical-sponsored patient assistance programs. Additional responsibilities and duties as requested and deemed necessary by the executive team and VP of Education and Documentation
Required Education and Experience:
Degree from an accredited college of pharmacy A valid, active pharmacy license in state of employment required Minimum of 2 years clinical experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Medicare Advantage experience in CMS STARs Pharmacy Measures Experience with Electronic Medical Records Advanced knowledge of ICD-10,CPT, and HCPCS codes Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook, and Teams Ability to travel to visit centers markets at the national level to provide clinical education. Demonstrated strong leadership and team building skills Experience in clinical process improvement Ability to create, plan, implement and evaluate patient specific care plans Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to exercise use of independent judgement Sensitivity to the diverse needs of culturally diverse staff, patients, and communities Experience in development and maintenance of guidelines and clinical policies Embodies and serves as a role model of ArchWell Health's Values:
