Licensed Practical Nurse Positions Available Full time and part time LPN positions available at Oak Hill Manor, a 60 bed long term care facility in Ithaca. Licensed Practical Nurses. Passing of medications Providing treatments Following the plan of care Working collaboratively with the members of the inter-disciplinary team to help meet positive patient care outcomes
Hours / Shifts available:
Full time & part-time schedules Shifts: Days & nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications:
Must have an NY State LPN license in good standing Must be vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated (including booster) Good communication & interpersonal skills
