Assist with minimally invasive, image-guided interventional procedures Support routine and emergency IR cases, including angiography, biopsies, tube placements, injections, and thrombolysis Prepare patients, review charts, verify exam orders, and assess procedure readiness Maintain a sterile environment throughout procedures Operate imaging equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images Administer contrast under radiologist supervision when applicable Monitor patients, vital signs, and potential adverse reactions Manage procedure supplies, equipment, imaging data, PACS, and EMR documentation Follow radiation safety standards and ALARA guidelines Collaborate with radiologists, providers, and healthcare team members Requirements Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology / Special Procedures experience required Experience with neuro IR cases required Experience with GI embolization cases required ARRT R.T.(R) certification required, or one advanced credential: R.T.(VI), R.T.(CV), R.T.(CI), or RCIS Active state license required, if applicable BLS certification preferred Ability to work day shift with weeknight and weekend on-call rotation
