Driving revenue growth through consultative sales, the full-time remote Sales Associate will engage with prospects and customers via inbound and outbound calls, guiding them in selecting construction education products while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities
Respond promptly to sales inquiries and qualify prospects based on their licensing needs Conduct proactive outreach to potential customers and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Required qualifications
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 2+ years in a phone sales role, preferably in education or professional services Experience with consultative selling techniques and CRM systems Knowledge of the construction industry or contractor licensing is a plus Passion for helping others succeed and commitment to education and lifelong learning
