Must to have experience: 4+ years in SDET / SWET Position API Testing CI/CD 1+ Leadership skills Responsibilities:
Lead QA initiatives across API and backend testing, ensuring high-quality delivery through strong technical guidance and clear quality standards. Great Comunication skills Leader skills IA knowledge Design and execute API test strategies and oversee implementation across the team to guarantee reliability, performance, and coverage. Drive the adoption and improvement of automated test frameworks, integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery. Mentor and coach junior and mid-level QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, ownership, and technical excellence. Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product leaders to define quality-driven processes and shift-left testing practices. Coordinate test planning, execution, and reporting for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring transparent communication of quality metrics and risks. Oversee defect management, prioritization, and resolution, ensuring alignment with business impact and release timelines. Promote best practices in API testing, automation, documentation, and observability, strengthening team maturity and testing efficiency. Lead continuous improvement initiatives in testing tools, infrastructure, and workflows to enhance operational reliability and testing scalability.
