Owning the full lifecycle of medical imaging machine learning models, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Machine Learning Engineer will build, deploy, and operate imaging models that enhance patient care while working remotely within Texas. Key responsibilities
Manage the development, deployment, and maintenance of medical imaging ML models, ensuring ongoing performance and reliability Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate clinical imaging use cases into deployable AI solutions and participate in governance processes Design and execute monitoring strategies to detect and mitigate model degradation due to various factors, ensuring responsible AI practices
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Physics, Math & Statistics, or a related engineering discipline Five years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, data engineering, or software engineering (three years with a Master's degree; one year with a PhD) Proficiency in Python and PyTorch for model training and inference Experience developing and deploying medical imaging ML models in regulated environments Ability to build imaging data pipelines and orchestrate ML workflows using tools like Airflow or Prefect
