Wires / payment exp preferred Data Operations Master at Excel (ETL, Pivot tables, etc) Working SME of Alteryx, SQL Data ETL experts. Hands on. Able to assess and pull data on the fly Able to assess data impacts and build support manual reporting needs Experts in end to end data flow, hands on data aggregation from multiple sources SME in the analysis, design and execution of data and reporting Stakeholder Management (GTM, Wholesale Operations, Enterprise Resiliency) 24/5 availability when incidents occur Project Management / Execution Data perspective, how do we get data from different applications and how do we get it structured? Get data out of the applications for customer data SQL PowerBI Excel Write their own macros to go pull data Alteryx – Python Incident mgmt. not for reporting role Could be working on the weekends as well Financial exp Payment Exp Pulling the data and reporting the data from the incident mgmt. team (format structure, not talking much to the data) Writing the scripts to go get the data Not building the data pipelines or data lakes Self-starter Quick learner Consulting background Has experience articulating a Problem and coming up with recommendations Align with payments transformation Training Incident support Nice to have: Tableau, data skills
