To enhance enterprise network operations, the full-time Bilingual Network Engineer will manage the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, wireless, and voice infrastructure, while collaborating with teams across Latin America in both English and Spanish. Key responsibilities
Collaborate with Network Architecture and Security teams on design reviews and implementation plans for network solutions Implement and maintain enterprise networking solutions, including Cisco routers, switches, and SD-WAN technologies Serve as a senior escalation point for complex incidents, performing advanced troubleshooting and maintaining network reliability
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science, or 10+ years of relevant experience 5+ years of hands-on experience with LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, wireless, voice, and cloud connectivity Conversational fluency in both English and Spanish Proven experience collaborating with Network Architecture and Security teams Strong troubleshooting skills with networking hardware and software
