*Job Summary*
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will work under the supervision of the physicians, contributing to patient assessments, care planning, and the execution of treatment protocols. RN's would be considered.
*Responsibilities*
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
* Assist in patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
* Provide care for patients with diverse needs, including those in critical care and emergency medicine.
* Support discharge planning by educating patients and families about post-care instructions.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Participate in infection control measures, particularly in infectious disease care settings.
*Skills*
* Proficient in patient assessment techniques and critical care protocols.
* Knowledgeable in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) usage and occupational health practices.
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
* Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for maintaining patient records.
* Compassionate approach to patient care, ensuring emotional support alongside medical treatment.
