We want folks who care about people and the work that they do./ppJob Qualifications/ppThe following requirements must be met in order to qualify for this position./pulliMust be 16 years of age or older/liliAbility to work a minimum of 9 hours per week/li/ulpBenefits/pulliFREE meals on the clock/liliTeam member recognition program/liliTeam member referral bonus/liliFlexible Hours/li/ulpResponsibilities/ppThe individual in this position is expected to engage in the following work-related activities and complete all training requirements including:/pulliZaxbys Front of House Development Plan/liliHands-on stations training/liliProvide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests/liliPromptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave/liliMaintain awareness of current promotions/liliExplain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items/liliEnthusiastically represent the Zaxbys brand/liliAccurately complete orders and guest transactions/liliEnter guest orders accurately into the point of sale system/liliAccept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts/liliHandle cash payments, count and verify tills, and record totals appropriately/liliMaintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment/liliClean and maintain guest areas including dining room, counters, bathrooms, and building exterior/liliMaintain equipment and inform management of maintenance needs/liliStock paper goods, condiments, server ware, and beverages/liliKeep work areas clean and organized/liliAccurately complete, package, and present guest orders/liliOther work assigned/li/ulpCapabilities Requirement/pulliManage all personnel on each shift, including cashiers and cooks./liliInventory management: the management of food costs./liliInsure that all daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks and checklists are being completed correctly./liliHiring and scheduling staff to provide quality guest experience while managing labor expense./liliInsure that daily cash drawers, safe and credit cards are balanced./liliOperate the store to meet or exceed budgeted operating goal./liliInsure that all product quality standards are met./liliCreate an environment of quality within your store./liliLead a team well and coach the performance of others./li/ul/div
