DeVoe Subaru of Naples is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant with experience in automotive sales, car sales, retail sales, or other commission-based sales roles to join our growing dealership team in Naples, Florida. This is a full-time automotive sales opportunity with strong earning potential, structured training, and long-term career growth within a third-generation, family-owned dealership group serving Southwest Florida for 58 years. Average earnings range from $70,000 to $140,000+ based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through prospecting, walk-in traffic, and referral business
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-up activity, and pipeline management
- Deliver professional vehicle presentations and product demonstrations on new and used Subaru vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Close automotive sales using a consultative sales approach
- Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
- Maintain consistent follow-up and activity levels to achieve sales goals
- Collaborate with management and team members to meet dealership objectives
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of automotive sales
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems or sales software preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
