Weimer Bearing & Transmission is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Minneapolis team, part of our ISC Division. We specialize in high-tech mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical motion control products and services, supporting major manufacturing and maintenance companies across a wide range of industries. Responsibilities
Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare customer quotations and follow up on opportunities Handle returns, expediting, and order status updates Serve as the primary point of contact for customers Provide technical product solutions and support to customers Learn and understand our product lines and applications Participate in and complete our internal training program Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience required Industrial sales or power transmission product experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical products Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer
