Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Category: Healthcare Location: Lexington, VA 24450, USA Available Schedule: Full-Time | 6 PM - 6 AM Pay Range: $21.50+ per hour, based on experience | Shift Differential Why Kendal? Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Monitor and report changes in residents' health and well-being Assist during mealtimes to ensure residents are supported and comfortable Accurately document care provided and communicate effectively with team members and families Help create a safe, respectful, and positive atmosphere for all residents
What You Bring
Valid CNA license in the Commonwealth of Virginia Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A caring and team-oriented attitude Flexibility to work the scheduled shift and occasional additional hours as needed
