Job Scope
This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.
You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisionsincluding conversations about money.
This role requires someone who is comfortable:
- asking direct questions
- handling hesitation or rejection
- making outbound calls
- staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times

Preferred Experience
- Customer service, sales, or collections experience Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person Strong communication skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
- Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
- Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver's License
- Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
