Regional Sales Manager – Construction Equipment $70,000 - $100,000
HireneXus is partnering with a leading provider of equipment financing solutions company to help them add a Regional Sales Manager to their team in Boston. This organization specializes in providing loans and leases to businesses in the construction industry. With a national presence, their team sources business through end-users, equipment vendors, and manufacturers, handling transaction sizes ranging from $100,000 to $2,500,000.
The company has been recognized for its outstanding financial performance and growth, maintaining stability and success through all economic cycles since its founding. They have multiple regional offices and offer a strong culture focused on building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and equipping their sales team with the tools and training needed to succeed.
The ideal candidates will be self-starters with a passion for building strong customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Construction Equipment sales experience is absolutely required. A finance background is not required, but is a plus.
Responsibilities
Prospect for new business at both end-user and dealer levels.
Maintain, build, and enhance existing customer relationships.
Utilize the company’s CRM system to track, monitor, and market to customers, prospects, and dealers.
Develop strong internal relationships with teams in credit, documentation, collections, and marketing.
Initiate customer applications, coordinate closings, and handle ad hoc responsibilities within the assigned territory.
Qualifications and Success Indicators
Proven track record of sales success in equipment finance, equipment sales, or a related field required.
Excellent communication skills, including written and phone interactions.
Familiarity with the equipment finance process (preferred but not required).
Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other business software.
Commitment to providing stellar customer service and enhancing the customer experience.
Strong motivation to grow a territory and build a robust book of business.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
