Department: Therapy & Wellness FTE: 1.0 Non Union: Salary Range: $45,760 - $68,640 Annual Benefit Summary: Medical, Dental & Vision coverage options with applicable HSA & FSA. Job Summary: Under direction of the Director of Therapy & Wellness, the Athletic Trainer provides immediate assessment, care and rehabilitation of athletic injuries; counsels athletes, coaches and parents in various health-related areas; and provides preventative advice on athletic trauma or conditions that adversely affect health or performance of the athlete. The Athletic Trainer will also represent Rainy Lake Medical Center in a positive and professional manner while providing athletic trainer coverage for local or regional high school and college athletic programs as determined appropriate by RLMC.
