Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Experience Coordinator to join our growing Sales Team. This role focuses on inbound/outbound sales initiatives promoting transportation and offering tailored, bourbon, culinary, equine, and regional experiences.
The Experience Coordinator engages with prospective guests, communicates product offerings, builds customized itineraries, and delivers exceptional service. This role requires a self‑motivated, proactive sales professional with experience in hospitality, tourism, or transportation.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, and provide detailed information about our offerings
Proactively identify new growth opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and referrals to generate new business opportunities
Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture that encourages accountability and professional growth
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring seamless experience for all guests
Service key accounts and cultivate long-term relationships to drive repeat business
Utilize CRM systems and data analytics to monitor sales trends, customer behaviors, and conversion rates
Work closely with the operations team to ensure service and logistical execution
Ensure efficient handling of bookings, cancellations, and last-minute requests
Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges that impact sales and customer experience
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, hospitality, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 2-3 years of inbound/outbound sales experience, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or transportation
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets
Expertise in B2B and B2C sales, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and direct customer sales
Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools for sales tracking and reporting
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem-solving capabilities
Experience with whiskey/bourbon spirits is preferred
