Functieomschrijving
Ontwikkelen en realiseren van de commerciële strategie met focus op duurzame groei, rendabiliteit en marktuitbreiding.
Aansturen, coachen en verder professionaliseren van het sales team (3 FTE) om prestaties en commerciële slagkracht te versterken.
Implementeren van duidelijke salesprocessen, KPI’s, forecasting en pipelinebeheer.
Uitbouwen van een resultaatgerichte, ondernemende en klantgerichte salescultuur.
Identificeren en verzilveren van nieuwe markt- en groeikansen binnen bestaande en nieuwe segmenten.
Verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van omzet-, marge- en marktaandeeldoelstellingen.
Eindverantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de commerciële P&L en het opvolgen van de salesperformantie.
Beheren en verder uitbouwen van strategische klantenrelaties en key accounts.
Fungeren als betrouwbare gesprekspartner op directie- en beslissingsniveau bij klanten en partners.
Onderhandelen van commerciële overeenkomsten en uitbouwen van langetermijnsamenwerkingen.
Actief ontwikkelen van new business, strategische partnerships en cross- & upsell-opportuniteiten.
Nauw samenwerken met marketing, productie, customer service en andere interne stakeholders om de groeistrategie succesvol te realiseren.
Profiel
Minimaal 8 à 10 jaar ervaring in een commerciële leidinggevende functie.
Bewezen expertise in het uitbouwen, professionaliseren en aansturen van een salesorganisatie, bij voorkeur binnen bedding, interieur, meubels, textiel of de bredere comfortsector.
Sterke trackrecord in business development, omzetgroei en marktontwikkeling.
Ervaring met het beheren van strategische key accounts en complexe commerciële trajecten.
Commercieel en analytisch sterk, met het vermogen om data te vertalen naar concrete acties en resultaten.
Inspirerende people manager met ervaring in het coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van teams.
Uitstekende communicatie-, presentatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
Ondernemende, hands-on en resultaatgerichte persoonlijkheid met een sterke klantfocus.
Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
Bereidheid om een internationale rol op te nemen met ongeveer 25% buitenlandse verplaatsingen.
