Talent Acquisition Specialist Location:Kilkenny (Full-Time, Office-Based) Shareridge is a leading civil engineering company delivering critical infrastructure across Ireland.

We are continuing to grow and are now seeking aTalent Acquisition Specialistto join our team in Kilkenny.
Reporting to theTalent Acquisition Manager, this role will play a key part in attracting,engagingand hiring the talent required to support our project pipeline and long-term growth.
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you willcoordinatethe full recruitment lifecycle across a range of roles, including engineering,siteand support functions.
You will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and business areas Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies Creating andfacilitatingcompetency assessment testsfor currentroles Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach Screen and assess candidates against role and project requirements Coordinate and support interview processes Manage offers, approvals, and candidate communications Deliver regular updates on recruitment activity and pipeline progress Deliver a professional and efficient candidate experience at all stages Support careers events, graduate engagement, and recruitment campaigns Build andmaintaintalent pipelines for future hiring needs Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding processes Manage agency relationships to ensure quality and cost effectiveness Identifyopportunities to improve recruitment processes and efficiency About You 35 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment Strong sourcing capability, particularly using LinkedIn and direct methods Excellent stakeholder xyswxtq management and communication skills Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously High attention to detail and a professional, solutions-focused approach Degree in Business, HR, or related discipline CIPD qualification (or working towards) Why Join Shareridge?
