Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Software Development — Design, develop, and maintain both front‑end and back‑end components of web applications; build scalable, secure, and maintainable APIs and application services; implement responsive user interfaces and ensure smooth integration with backend systems; write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code following engineering best practices; participate in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and refactoring.
AI Agent & GenAI Development — Design and implement AI‑powered features and intelligent workflows within applications; contribute to the development and integration of AI agents, chatbots, copilots, and automation flows; apply prompt engineering techniques and support LLM‑based solutions; work with AI libraries and frameworks such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar tools; collaborate on use cases involving retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), search, and structured/unstructured data integration.
Data & System Integration — Integrate applications with internal and external APIs, services, and enterprise data sources; work with structured and unstructured data including documents, datasets, and knowledge repositories; implement data retrieval, search, and transformation workflows; ensure reliable integration between front‑end, back‑end, and AI services.
Cloud, DevOps & Deployment — Deploy and support applications in cloud environments such as AWS; contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and release processes; work with containerization tools such as Docker and support environment setup; assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support in lower and production environments.
Collaboration & Delivery — Work closely with Architects, Tech Leads, product owners, and cross‑functional teams; participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and demos; translate business requirements into technical solutions; communicate progress, technical risks, and implementation details clearly.
Education Minimum Requirement
High School Diploma required.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of software development experience with strong exposure to full‑stack application development.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript; React.js with a strong understanding of front‑end and back‑end development, including API design and integration.
Experience building scalable, maintainable, and well‑documented code with testing, debugging, and code‑review practices.
Hands‑on experience implementing enterprise‑level solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering.
Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar, and experience in AI‑powered use cases such as chatbots, copilots, automation flows, or retrieval/search workflows.
Working experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, with familiarity in Git, version control, CI/CD concepts, and Docker/containerization.
Experience in SQL, data querying, and data processing concepts, including integration with APIs, enterprise systems, and structured/unstructured data sources.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in Agile teams.

Salary & Benefits Salary Range: $87,300.00 – $137,400.00. Additional compensation could include an annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable.
