Lead and Develop a Technical Team Take ownership of a laboratory function, managing and developing a team while driving high standards in testing, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Build Strong Technical Expertise Youll gain hands-on experience across: Sampling, testing, and data management Equipment calibration and maintenance Analytical techniques (e.g.
XRF/XRD) Managing internal and external testing processes Own Quality Systems and Standards Develop valuable experience maintaining ISO 9001 and product quality standards, building highly transferable expertise across manufacturing environments.
Strengthen Problem-Solving and Operational Skills Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot process and chemical issues, building practical experience in root cause analysis and process improvement.
Broaden Your Influence Collaborate with technical teams, operations, and external partners, strengthening your communication and stakeholder management skills.
Gain Autonomy and Responsibility Take ownership of laboratory operations, including reporting, supplier coordination, and inventory managementhelping you build strong organisational and leadership capability.
What You Bring (and Build On) Youll have a background in chemistry or laboratory operations, with experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
