Rennco is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive packaging machinery sales in the South Central Region (includes TX, OK, LA, Western TN). This position will be based in Dallas, Texas, or another strategic location within the assigned territory, and will report to the Director of Distribution Products.
Responsibilities
Achieve quarterly sales goals and year‑over‑year growth
Prepare (in coordination with others) a Strategic Action Plan and Tactical Action Plan that leads to attainment of the annual sales forecast aligned with the values, vision, and practices of the company.
Maintain and enhance established customer accounts by providing innovative sales support
Develop new accounts from leads and prospecting efforts
Ensure that all data necessary to evaluate potential new projects is collected from customers
Collaborate with engineering and applications to ensure we are offering our best solution to the customer
Initiate RFQ (Request for Quotation) with necessary application specifications
Lead win‑win negotiations to optimize both customer ROI and Rennco machine margins
Stay abreast of new technology, market developments, appropriate standards, and competitor offerings and keep current trends from both market and technical standpoints
Collaborate with sales teams from other ProMach brands to identify fully integrated solutions and cross‑selling opportunities
Conduct yourself with the highest ideal in ethics and integrity

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline preferred
5+ years’ experience in capital equipment sales
Packaging automation and/or E‑commerce, Automotive, Pharma experience is a plus
Must have the desire and the potential to develop into a commercial leadership role
Must be a self‑starter with strong business acumen and excellent communication and organizational skills
Must demonstrate an entrepreneurial and positive attitude
Demonstrated ability to sell ideas, concepts, and programs
Experience with consultative, ROI solution selling
Proven ability to prospect and develop new accounts, as well as maintain and renew existing accounts
Proven ability to translate client needs into concrete solutions
Experience setting product/project scope parameters, setting pricing policies, and contract negotiation
Must be able to travel a minimum of 75%
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience with SalesForce or equivalent CRM software

Reasoning Ability – Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Physical Demands – While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, or hear. The employee must be able to travel frequently. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
