About the Role Exciting opportunity for a mid-tier HVAC / MEP Maintenance Sales Rep professional to grow and thrive in a full-time field position. This role is early‑ to mid‑career sales with advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities
Drive new business & client service for Mechanical Contractors & Engineers on MEP/HVAC projects, manage territory selling refrigeration & HVAC services & agreements.
Initiate and coordinate entertainment and technical events for your team’s clients.
Set & follow up on leads & referrals from current clients and generate new business.
Understand MEP/HVAC equipment, BAS equipment.
Apply sales, marketing, business development, client relations, communication skills.
Show technical understanding, leadership, teamwork, relationship management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Associate’s degree or background in HVAC, facility services, industry, or property management.
Experience with business‑to‑business sales preferred; knowledge of Colorado Springs region business environment.
Minimum of 3 years outside sales experience.
Strong written and verbal English skills.
Valid driver’s license with clean record.
Proficient understanding of system design, estimating, and project management for commercial equipment replacement and mechanical projects.
Working knowledge of larger equipment such as boilers, chillers, packaged units, VRF, CRAC and controls.
Experience selling services, not just projects, with $5MM+ in sales volume.
Experience with complex, longer‑term sales cycles (e.g., 3 months to 1 year).
Background check, MVR & drug test required.
Excellent interpersonal communication and rapport‑building skills.
Professional, polished, tactful, respectful, with strong follow‑through and effective time management.
Self‑sufficient time management, proactive tool usage or development for efficiency.
Enthusiasm to learn and work in a fast‑paced, evolving, dynamic energy service field.
