About
Je werkt nauw samen met de CEO en met ons extern accountantskantoor. Je krijgt veel autonomie, een duidelijke overdracht en de ruimte om processen verder te structureren. Deze rol past bij iemand die graag ownership neemt, cijfers correct wil krijgen en financiële informatie helder kan vertalen naar beslissingen.
Functieomschrijving WAT DOE JIJ? Boekhouding en afsluiting
- Je beheert de analytische boekhouding van A tot Y in Exact Online, tot en met de kwartaalafsluiting en voorbereiding van de jaardossiers.
- Je zorgt voor correcte en stipte betalingen, waaronder tax shelter-financiering.
- Je volgt bankafstemmingen, crediteuren- en debiteurenbeheer op.
- Je verzorgt de periodieke btw-aangiftes, intrastat en klantenlisting.
- Je staat in voor de kwartaalafsluiting per entiteit: overlopende rekeningen, afschrijvingen, voorzieningen en andere afsluitposten.
- Je zorgt voor correcte analytische codering van elke boeking op kostenplaats en kostensoort.
- Je financiële input vormt de basis voor betrouwbare rapportering en managementinformatie.
- Je bereidt de jaardossiers voor het extern accountantskantoor voor.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt tijdens het jaar en verwerkt reviewopmerkingen zelfstandig.
- Je signaleert proactief cashflowrisico’s, afwijkende posten en integratiefouten aan de CEO.
- Je denkt mee over hoe financiële processen duidelijker, efficiënter en beter gestructureerd kunnen worden.
Je staat er niet alleen voor: het extern accountantskantoor ondersteunt bij de jaarrekening en fiscaliteit, en de bestaande rapporteringsstructuur wordt tijdens de onboarding grondig overgedragen.
Profiel WIE BEN JIJ?
- Je hebt een bachelor boekhouding of gelijkwaardige ervaring, en minstens 4 à 6 jaar relevante ervaring in Belgische boekhouding.
- Je kent BE GAAP en Belgische btw-regelgeving, en werkt vlot met Exact Online.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, analytisch en gestructureerd. Kostenplaatsen en kostensoorten zijn voor jou geen administratieve formaliteit, maar de basis voor betrouwbare rapportering.
- Je houdt ervan zelfstandig te werken, maar communiceert tijdig wanneer iets onduidelijk is of wanneer je risico’s ziet.
- Je kan financiële informatie helder samenvatten voor een CEO, zonder te verzanden in technische details.
- Ervaring met media, productie, licenties of auteursrechten is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
