About the Role
We’re hiring a Field Sales Representative (FSR) to own customer acquisition across the Los Angeles metro and North County San Diego areas (Escondido) to bring business into our Commercial Laundromat in Venture, CA and Public Laundromat in Escondido, CA. You’ll spend more than half your week in the field — walking properties, knocking doors, sitting across from decision-makers, and closing accounts that drive recurring revenue for Hampr. You’ll be the face of the brand in your territory.
This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability role for someone who loves being out, loves people, and loves the close. If you’d rather be in your car with a full pipeline than in a Zoom queue, keep reading.
Key Responsibilities
• Spend 50%+ of your time in the field — prospecting in person, walking neighborhoods, meeting decision-makers face to face.
• Build and own a B2B pipeline across multifamily/apartment communities, hotels and short-term rentals, gyms and fitness studios, salons and spas, daycares, senior living, student housing, sports facilities, and other high-volume laundry generators.
• Run the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, close, and hand off cleanly to operations.
•Consistently hit and exceed monthly targets for new accounts and recurring revenue.
• Keep your CRM clean — every account, contact, stage, and next step logged. If it’s not in the system, it didn’t happen.
•Represent Hampr at local events, property manager meet-ups, trade shows, and community happenings to build pipeline and brand presence.
•Partner with our operations team to make sure new accounts are onboarded smoothly and stay happy after the close.
•Bring market intelligence back to leadership — pricing, competitors, objections, and what customers actually want. Qualifications
•5+ years of outside or field sales experience, ideally B2B.
•Experience selling into multifamily, hospitality, fitness, beauty, or service industries.
•Comfort with cold prospecting and door-to-door / property-to-property selling.
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills. You’re someone people remember after one meeting.
•Self-directed: you can manage your own calendar, pipeline, and priorities without daily supervision.
• Valid California driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance (this role requires daily driving across the metro). A clean and safe driving record.
• Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and standard sales tech.
•A track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
•Spanish fluency a plus!
•Experience launching a sales territory from scratch. Who you are

•Over 50% of your time will be driving throughout the LA metro and North County San Diego.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, rewarding strong performers for the growth they generate. Total eligible compensation at 100% is $145,000 - $165,000.
