About

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Analyst to join our team. The Security Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive information and systems at VigorCare Pediatric Services. This individual will work closely with our IT team to identify potential security risks and implement measures to prevent and mitigate them. The Security Analyst will also be responsible for conducting regular security audits and providing recommendations for improving security protocols. Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze security events and logs to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies to proactively identify potential risks and recommend appropriate solutions Respond to security incidents and provide timely and effective resolution Participate in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans Conduct regular security testing and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks Work with external vendors and partners to ensure the security of shared systems and data Provide regular reports on security incidents, risks, and mitigation efforts to management Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security, preferably in a healthcare setting Strong understanding of security protocols, standards, and best practices Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability scanners Knowledge of HIPAA and other regulatory requirements related to information security in the healthcare industry
